In 2001, after two decades in Financial Services, the original Hinton’s team set up a new ‘private client’ operation to provide virtually identical products and advice as offered by their previous employers, but at a fraction of the cost to the client and equally important, increased customer service. Over the coming years, Hinton’s grew in client numbers and staff and expanded into further product offerings like a Discretionary Fund Management facility and direct fund/account availability. In 2007 we moved away from our direct advisory service and offered our services to Independent Financial Advisers to grow our exposure to clients globally. Also we used our team to offer management services to show how we could assist other professionals grow their businesses using our model. In 2013 our multiple award winning Mybestbuysavings became our prominent brokerage and has helped expatriates living abroad to have access to our award winning THG Capital Savings products.
Now with a long legacy of great returns and impeccable service, we have multiple awards to our name.

The Hinton Group started its life in 1999, as a wealth management advisory service, offering U.K. and International private clients the opportunity to access a wide range of multi-asset portfolios. Due to the ever increasing expat market of both individuals and advisers, operations were diversified abroad, leaving just the Administration and Accounting sections in the U.K. offices.
Multiple award winning Mybestbuysavings is one of the world’s leading brokers for expat savings accounts and have been servicing customers in over 100 countries since 2001. We understand the challenges that expats sometimes encounter. We have a conservative risk appetite and specialise in providing high interest savings with little or no risk.
The service of wealth management expanded in 2008 to a full Discretionary Fund Management service with the investment operations being outsourced to long-standing and well established Fund Managers. This structure has proved to be very successful and today Hinton’s DFM Services has over 3000 Independent Financial Advisers with Terms of Business, with our Investment Operators having funds under management in excess of 1 billion.
THG Capital Savings offers access to private and institutional savers looking for fixed rate returns with lower risk than other products. THG Capital products are available to both shorter term savers and those looking for bank beating rates starting at 7.5 and to make the process as simple as possible for international expats, we allow multiple currencies (Sterling, US Dollars and Euros).
